As your doula, I will be consistent support during the birth of your baby. I bring labor comfort measures to prenatal appointments so your birth team is prepared in labor. With my physical and mental strength, I hold space for you during the intensity of labor and can physically hold you while you bring life into this world. I offer meditation instruction to deepen your relationship with your baby and begin building a harmonious central nervous system for birth. I will teach you the stages of labor and what to expect. My skills are all available to you and we can get creative together to build the best birth doula package for you and your family. I want to provide you with the most supported and individualized experience possible, including planning for bringing baby home by nesting and intention setting within your home.
